Kangaroo Ear - Crunchy

I won’t be recommending buying from you. The communication was atrocious. Weeks of emailing, calling, leaving messages…all ignored. When I finally received my order is wasn’t the Roo ears they pictured. I wanted Roo ears with fur on as an extra natural parasite protection for my dog, but received dried ears with no fur that looked bleached.
Then when I was finally able to get a response, your attitude was you don’t sell ears with fur on and that it’s my problem. If you don’t sell something, don’t use it as a photo description of something else.
You refused to refund, but luckily PayPal credited me the full amount.
I believe you are just taking over this business, so it’s not a very good way to start because you’ve lost me as a regular customer, along with my many friends who buy natural products for their dogs/pets.
