Excellent mince to make up your own BARF mix on a budget

I ordered 20 bully sticks and upon receiving the package I was surprised at how small and light it was. Out of curiosity I weighed the package and it came it at 391kg. With the weight range being advertised at 30-45g I was disappointed as the total should have come in between 600-900g. One piece weight a measley 11g. I emailed to rectify the situation and received no reply. This is the second time I have not received a reply from this company.
I went ahead and gave my dog one of the bulky sticks after waiting a week to see what the company had to say. I put it in her bully stick holder and it split straight in half after slightly tightening the holder making 2 very thin pieces which my dog ate in about 30 seconds. I tried a larger piece and same again. Split straight down the middle with a slight amount of pressure from the holder. I secured half into the holder and it broke into shards as it was very brittle. Same for the second piece. Both were gone in under a minute.
The quality of these sticks is terrible. My dog has been eating bully sticks for years without issue and I have never done across anything like what was supplied. Bully sticks of a similar size typically last my dog more than an hour. I purchased from this company because I was looking for a cheaper alternative - what a mistake that was. Not only was I ripped off by receiving nearly half the weight I paid for but the sticks are not long lasting chews. They are small and brittle and splinter making it a dangerous treat for dogs who don’t chew thoroughly. My biggest disappointment was the fact that there was no reply from this company which highlights their lack of customer service and poor integrity as a business. I will not purchase from this company again and I hope that this review provides enough information to others to avoid the disappointment I have experienced.
